A lightning arrestor is mounted in top. Inner plates are in place on upper section.
Welders guide the Sphere in place.
No problem supporting the crane operator while he disconnects the straps.
Attach points have mounting blocks welded to angle iron that is buried in the concrete. Attach bolts are 3/4" size, going through the inner plate, steel rib, outer plate, and mounting block. Primer on screws can be seen here before painting.
