Connector Kit Prices 2008
Price list for most or our dome Connector Kits, with hub and strut quantities, 2 x 2 to 2 x 6 wood domes, standard and heavy duty super strong plastic pvc and aluminum Connector Kits with standard zinc plated type nuts/bolts/screws as required.
Other items to factor in on total cost:
*Designed to cover with board panels, sized for optimal use of triangles cut from a 4 x 8 or other sheet sizes.
*Cover patterns for any dome type/size, based on the cover material size (4' x 8' etc), configured for optimal use and less waste
*Designed to cover with twin or triple wall polycarb. greenhouse glazing, working from the standard 4 or 6 ft wide sheets available, with hollow flutes in up-down orientation as required for installation. Includes installation instructions and cutting patterns.
*Cupola - Type 1 vertical extension or Type 2 made with extended connector hubs - measurements and instructions for a particular dome size/type
*Door design/ specifications - measurements and instructions for your door size to fit a particular dome size/type. Includes nuts, bolts, screws, etc.
*Upgrade to galvanized or stainles steel hardware (nuts, bolts, screws, washers)
*Upgrade to the Quick Connector system; ideal for portability and repeated assembly/disassembly of your dome
*Any special designing
*Engineering for help with obtaining a building permit may be required in certain areas for some applications.
*Architectural development for residential or commercial usage.
*You may use pine, cedar, fir, redwood etc. for your dome frame. Pine and fir are the best low cost framing lumber.
The price list is updated with some new designation types:
Square Zenith - SZ: square or 4-way Connector at top
Face Zenith - FZ: face at top = flat triangle face. The FZ domes can have the top face divided to make rounded or more pointed, to allow shedding of rain. Or add a cupola as on the Cube-Octa-S Dome illustrations.
Hex Zenith - HZ: hexagon at top or 6-way Connector
Edge Zenith - EZ: strut at topS: Simplified Version as in the RCO-S
BO: Base Option, triangled type
VBO: Vertical Base Option, variable height vertical extensionFor domes not listed, custom aluminum, steel, fiberglass and other special applications, please email gardendome@yahoo.com
Add 15% for UPS Ground Rate shipping, in US and Canada. Email about shipping to Hawaii, Alaska or foreign countries. Shipping will be extra for the aluminum or steel Connector Kits, based on extra shipping weight.
