Row covers

The first row cover design is made with semicircle arches connected with hardware at the intersection points. Use carriage bolts on the outside to prevent abrasion of the poly film. Pvc tubes can be used and have notched sections that are drilled for the carriage bolt. With galvanized conduit, intersection points can be flattened with holes made for the carriage bolts.



The second row cover is the Octa - Tetra Truss with Perpendicular Bisector struts added to give extra support to the film covering. These can be made with galvanized conduit 1/2" to 1-3/8" size. Here it is shown with 1" tubes, length 35 ft, width 7 ft, height about 5 ft. The height is adjustable - make shorter or taller to meet your requirements.
