From these photos one can see how the geodesic hub-strut frame is used
to support the roof decking and roof finishing, in this case hand
applied stucco. Final appearance is that of a solid concrete monolithic
shell. It was made to bear up under high winds and snow accumulation. The
door is a custom designed installation by the owner/builder. The
star window frame was pre-designed into the Frame Kit. The dome is used
as a barn and workshop.
